Adult Conditioning


Once adults are established in careers and raising a family, participation in team sports declines and is replaced by individual sports that require less organization and decreased contact.  Individual and class based fitness programs are the most popular form of activity for adults along with individual sports such as tennis and golf.  Participation in these activities and sports provide the movement needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
 
A sensible, healthy diet is crucial to maintaining a healthy weight and strength training is needed to increase and maintain muscle tone, improve posture and avoid injuries.  

When playing a specific sport such as tennis or golf, the participation and success in the sport can be enhanced through a hybrid training program that improves the strength and nervous system control over the movements needed in each sport.  ADI offers sports specific programs that target the movements in your sport of choice.  We also offer fitness programs for women who just want to stay in shape and increase their energy.  At ADI we are happy to work with athletes of any age and ability to adapt a program that works for you and your schedule.
