ADI Human Performance Faculty members provide strength training designed specifically for each athlete to prepare them to improve their performance of the sport specific skills and endure the rigors of competition.  

  • Fitness Assessment to establish baseline status and provide measurement for improvement
  • Strength training designed for specific skill movement in target sport
  • Appropriate activities and intensity to match the seasonality of the sport
  • Strengthening of muscles and joints used in the sport to improve performance
  • Increase strength to help avoid fatigue injuries
