like an athlete…feel like a pro
ADI Certified Trainers have designed an adult conditioning
program designed to improve your strength, flexibility
and overall fitness for everyday activities. You
will use the same facilities, equipment and advanced
training techniques as some of the areas top athletes
to assist you in everyday life.
Gain Strength:
By making you stronger the ADI Adult
Conditioning program will allow you to effortlessly
handle everyday tasks
Burn Calories:
Participation in the ADI Adult Conditioning
program will get you leaner by increasing your
metabolic rate to burn more calories
Improve Flexibility:
Avoiding injuries is enhanced
by the flexibility activities included in the ADI
Adult Conditioning program
Increase Energy:
Making you stronger and more fit
will help you have more energy for everyday activities
since your body will be better prepared to handle

Track Progress: As an optional program, ADI has a state-of-the-art fitness assessment
that can provide baseline fitness levels that can be periodically repeated to demonstrate the
improved health and fitness the ADI program is bringing to you. |
