Get Stronger:

Your training regimen is designed to strengthen the core muscles and joints used in Ice Hockey.

Improve Skills:

Skill stations designed to allow repetition of proper mechanics in stick handling, passing and shooting.

Skate Faster:

Getting stronger is the first step in improving your speed on ice. The ADI program will train your muscles to react quicker and for a longer duration, resulting in your ability to be faster on the ice.

Quicker to the Puck:

Being faster is not enough, so the ADI program develops your muscles and nervous system to react quicker, which in turn will allow you to make quicker starts and stops.

Avoid Injuries:

By strengthening the connective tissue in your joints (particularly the knee and ankle), your body will be better prepared once the season starts for the extensive strain of stopping, starting and contact with other players.

"Mark Williams has a keen understanding of the physical demands and requirements of Ice Hockey and has demonstrated a unique ability to design and implement training programs for players to make them stronger, faster and quicker."
Noel Rubin, Boys Hockey Director - NJ Colonials

"This season I sent my Mo Beard Ice Hockey team to Mark Williams at ADI for dry land training. I have seen significant results and the players really enjoyed the sessions"
Randy Velischek, New Jersey Devils Alumnus
