Orchard Wrestling Club North
|
The workouts will consist learning the Basic Skills. Then the High Level Skills and continuing to reapply and learning the Basic Skills to stay at World Championship form, in the three styles of Wrestling.
- Along with multi-level conditioning programs that are designed by Wrestlers for Wrestlers preparing them for the Rigors of Combat Wrestling.
- Agility Drills – which will help the wrestler get to his/her feet quicker and stay there!
- Core Work/Abs – will help create greater strength and stability throughout the body
- Weight Work - will develop strength in critical muscles and joints for wrestling skills
- Calisthenics – will improve flexibility and range of motion
- Plyometric Activities – will help your moves become more explosive
- Footwork – will improve your technical skills
- Hip and Thigh Work – A Wrestlers strongest area!
- Balance Work Along with agility work which will create greater mat awareness after getting thrown or when throwing

Mondays 5-6 pm Juniors (8-12)
Mondays 6-7 pm Seniors and Open (HS and up)
Wednesdays 5-7 pm - all ages
Choose from sessions held Mondays and Wednesdays
6 weekly sessions - $270
8 weekly sessions - $345
10 weekly sessions - $405
