Being faster, quicker, and more agile is beneficial in any sport.  ADI Human Performance Faculty carefully plan and execute a personalized training program to increase the speed and agility for student athletes focused on the specific skill movements of their sport. 

  • Development of footwork coordination for quicker movement when performing skills
  • Improve power through the range of motion of the skills for explosive movement
  • Coordinating movement increases the speed at which a skill can be performed
  • Appropriate level of training to match the seasonality of the sport
